If you suffer from excessive sweating (sometimes called hyperhidrosis) you know how uncomfortable it can be to feel constantly damp under your arms, on the palms of your hands or on the soles of your feet.

At DermoMedix, we understand just how awkward this can be.  To help, we can treat you with use cosmetic fillers, a relatively new treatment for this problem.

The procedure consists of a number of injections given in the affected area such as the armpits or feet.  The toxin works by reducing the amount of sweat produced by the sweat glands. Depending on the area to be treated, local anaesthesia may be required.

Treatments usually take between 30 and 45 minutes.  The effects last from two to six months.  After this, further treatment will be needed.
